18 Dec CRUISEFIRE ALPINE PASSES 2016
SPORTS CAR TOUR TO LAKE COMO
26. – 28. AUGUST
MUNICH – ST.MORITZ – LAGO MAGGIORE – LAKE COMO
An exciting and exclusive tour through Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. While we explored the challenging corners in four different countries with our sports cars, we were loaded with adrenaline. The start of the Cruisefire Alpine Pass 2016 was in the Hugos Beach Club on Lake Starnberg. After a good white sausage breakfast it was said: “Ladies and gentlemen, please start your engines” On the way to St. Moritz we crossed the Stelvio Pass and the legendary Bernina Pass on the border with Switzerland. After 350 kilometers of pure driving pleasure, we were able to relax in the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains before enjoying our 4-course dinner at Enotec. The next day, all participants started the day very early. A spectacular 8 hour drive to Lake Maggiore was waiting for us. The Albula, the Grimsel and the Susten Pass were the highlights on the second day of the sports car tour and burned into our memories with enthusiasm. The very friendly and courteous staff in our Hotel Castello dal Pozzo warmly welcomed us in the evening and looked at our exhaustion. The greatest effort had now been made. We ended the day with a delicious dinner on the terrace. At the end there was even fireworks. We had a more relaxed approach to the last day of the event. The incredible and very exclusive Villa d’Este was on the program. This hotel on Lake Como is closed to the public. For the participants of Cruisefire sports car tours it is not. For the grand finale of Cruisefire Alpine Passes 2016, we celebrated a great gala lunch on the sun terrace right by the water of the villa.
